Nitin's Qualifications
Upon graduating from Gujarat Ayurveda University in 1984 with honors, Dr. Shah traveled to Varanasi for in depth study of Yoga and Ayurvedic Surgery. After completion of his post graduation from Institute of Post Graduate Teaching and Research he practised Ayurveda in the cities of India. His knowledge and experience is vast in the fields of Ayurveda-Panchakarma, Herbology, Ayurvedic lifestyle management and dietetics, and the management of Ano-Rectal disorders with specialized Ayurvedic para-surgical procedures.
Dr. Nitin Shah:
participated and expressed his views at various conferences, seminars and workshops of national and international level on numerous health topics
promoted and propogated Ayurveda in North America, as invited by Maharshi international University, Fairfield, USA under University exchange programme
shared his ideas on Ayurveda at different places in Canada including: The Royal Ontario Museum, FACT, The Michener institute, Harbour front South Asian Festival, Seneca College, Mount Sinai Hospital, Burlington Yoga Studio, and The Yoga Spa Ayurveda Centre
provides online consultation on Ayurveda and supplies genuine Ayurvedic products in bulk and for individual use also
consults the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries for Ayurvedic pharmaco-therapeutics, formulations and herbal food supplements
Dr. Nitin Shah is registered with The Examination Board of Natural Medicine Practitioners, Toronto and has received his accreditation as a Doctor of Natural Medicine. He has also been appointed to the Board of Advisors of The New Earth Centre (approved by Human Resources Development, Canada), in the area of Ayurvedic Medicine, and currently offers his services in Toronto, Canada.
